Responsibilities:

• Replace faulty hard drives in desktops and laptops.
• Repair laptops by replacing parts.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose computer problems.
• Install new software and hardware on clients’ computers.
• Identify and resolve network issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work done and time spent on each job.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle client inquiries, and follow up after jobs are completed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of computer systems.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field as a technician.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems as a technician.
• Expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer problems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments as a technician.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as a technician.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Important Details:

• Working Hours: Between Mondays to Sundays, 11.05 AM – 9.30 PM
• Job Type : Part-Time
• Salary: $15 per hour
