Responsibilities:

• Collect, Organize, Track, and Disburse in-kind resources and purchased inventory (Under the supervision and guidance of the Operations Manager).
• Maintain storage, support procurement efforts, and satisfy recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
• Lifting and moving furniture when needed as part of the housing set up process.
• Involves direct interaction with IRC clients and community partners.
• Ensure storage facilities are well-secured, clean, and properly maintained.
• Collaborate with colleagues and members of the community to safely load, unload, and disburse goods.
• Manage onsite and offsite storage of household goods.
• Keeping accurate record to account for and track incoming and outgoing inventory within data management systems.
• Secure in-kind donations of furniture, household supplies, and other client needs.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal or any insured vehicle.
• You must have ability to regularly lift ~50 lbs.
• Good in working with MS Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• You know how to use internet and other digitsl tools for data entry and research purposes.
• Ability to promote an organizational culture that reflects company’s core values of service, accountability, integrity, and equality.
