Job Description:

As the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office department and delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring adherence to all Front Office policies and procedures, maintaining operational excellence.
  2. Coordinating the management of the Front Office department during your shifts to ensure a seamless guest experience. Seeking feedback on guest satisfaction and responding directly to guests who may encounter any issues.
  3. Facilitating strong and effective communication with all other departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  4. Providing guidance and motivation to the Front Office team, creating an environment that allows colleagues to achieve job fulfillment and providing a clear path for career development within AccorHotels.
  5. Balancing operational, administrative, and colleague needs to optimize department performance.
  6. Overseeing group bookings and collaborating with the F&B Manager on meeting room bookings, ensuring efficient coordination.
  7. Developing, implementing, and maintaining new incentives through the promotion of our loyalty program ALL, motivating colleagues and maximizing hotel revenue.
  8. Ensuring effective utilization and productivity of all colleagues through strategic staff planning, hiring, scheduling, and adhering to budget guidelines.
  9. Adhering to and promoting the Company’s Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe work environment. Ensuring colleagues are knowledgeable about safety and emergency procedures and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Work Experience:

  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferable, showcasing your ability to effectively manage a Front Office department in a dynamic hospitality setting.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes colleague satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Essential flexibility with working hours to meet the demands of the hospitality industry.
