Telecaller – Sales Executive

Job Description

CBD IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking dynamic and motivated Telecaller – Sales Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer interaction, sales, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products/services
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
Maintain a database of customer information and interactions
Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales staff
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum HSC or Graduate qualification
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or sales (Freshers welcome)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

CBD IT Solutions Offices – Mumbai (CBD Belapur, Andheri, Dombivli, Panvel)
