Finance Manager – Dubai

Job Description

🔑 Key Highlights of the Role:
Lead financial management, reporting, and compliance (IFRS focus).
Strong expertise in real estate finance – project accounting, RERA reporting, feasibility studies, and lease accounting.
Manage audits, internal controls, and governance.
Partner with leadership on financial strategy, investments, and scenario planning.
Mentor junior team members and drive system/process improvements.
📌 What We’re Looking For:
ACCA / ACA / CPA (or equivalent) – mandatory.
4–6 years’ experience in finance/accounting, with real estate sector exposure.
Big 4 audit/consulting background with real estate clients is a big plus.
Solid knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and RERA regulations.
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
